Top 5 Exercises To Build A Better Butt
The Top Five Must DO Exercises to work your booty are:
1. Stiff Legged Deadlift: This is a great all over body exercise and important to learn whether or not you are focusing on growing your behind or not. Start light until you have perfected the form.
2. Squats: Just Remember: The lower you go, the more your booty grows! As a beginner try starting off by holding onto dumbbells in each hand, gradually working your way up to the squat rack to use barbells with added weight.
3. Bulgarian Split Squats: Also known as a One-Legged Lunge this is one of my personal favourites! Make sure to focus more on the glutes by leaning slightly forward and amp up the difficulty with a barbell on your shoulders or dumbbells in each hand at your sides.
4.Lunges: Great for curve appeal and over all toned legs. Works Glutes, Hamstrings, and Quadriceps and is a must do! Add extra weight and get better results!
5. Hip Thrust: Although this one may seem awkward to do at the gym, don’t sell yourself short as it is one of the best at targeting the the booty! Try by focusing on one leg at a time, (keeping other foot lifted off the floor). Make sure you engage your glutes when lifting hips towards the ceiling by pausing slightly at the top. Also try adding a barbell across your hips for added difficulty.
