Outside or at Home Workout: Intervals
Is your gym closed for the holiday? No excuses! Try this at home (or outside) workout, you don’t even need any equipment!
Perform the exercise for 30seconds with a 10second break for 4 sets before moving onto the next exercise in the circuit. Repeat the entire circuit twice.
Perform the exercise for 60seconds with a 10second break for 4 sets before moving onto the next exercise in the circuit. Repeat the entire circuit two to three times.
* When you have finished your 4 sets of the one exercise immediately move to next exercise, taking as little of a break as possible.
- Jumping Jacks (or skipping rope)
- Push Ups (do modified if beginner)
- Mountain Climbers
- Army Crawl
- Half Burpees (Full Burpees if your up for the challenge!)
- Sumo Squats
